If you are okay with details provided above, please read this part. November's rent is already paid and you'll pay as per pro-rated basis if you plan to move in November. The apartment is close to 3 Indian grocery store. Aldi and Walmart is walkable too. The kitchen has all the utensils and necessary equipment which you can use. I have a car so can help you with grocery shopping. Utilities for November will be paid off and I will be waiving it off for you. Being on the lease is not mandatory but appreciated.
