Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate for a 2 bed +2 bath apartment starting around Dec. 15th, 2024. The available room is spacious and includes a private bathroom. The private room is furnished with a mattress.
- Kitchen and living room will be shared with other male flatmate.
- No security deposit.
- Please note that, the lease term is negotiable and extended anytime. Also, no smoking! No pets!
- The neighborhood is secure with multiple cameras and secure/locked doors in the premises.
- Both indoor and open parking is available. The indoor parking is already included in the rent (which could be opted out).
- This location is at walkable distance to Cub, India Bazaar, Lifetime fitness, Indian restaurants and multiple other stores. Target is 10 mins drive away.
Utilities:
The utilities billed are electricity and the Internet as per the unit's usage. Water and sewage is charged along with the rent by the apartment management directly.
