Hi, I'm a responsible, single, 30-something, vegetarian, nonsmoking professional looking to move closer to her family in the Twin Cities from Maine. I have a car, so open to anywhere within 20 minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. I work remotely in web design, so my moving timeline is flexible. I don't have pets and it would just be me renting.
I'd be open to an apartment (including house-shares, basements, and MIL suites) with in-unit laundry and off-street parking for $1200 or less with utilities included. I'm also open to having a respectful roommate in a similar season of life (adult female professional, nonsmoking, vegetarian, single). Please let me know of any leads you may have.
